We are looking for Business Analyst (Finance) candidates for a project delivered through Turing.
What you'll do
- Evaluate model outputs in finance-related tasks and identify gaps where models do not perform well.
- Develop rubrics and structured assessments for specialized areas (e.g., deal analysis, M&A assessments, investment scenarios).
- Collaborate with AI researchers and fellow finance experts to design training methods, evaluation strategies, and benchmarks.
What you need
- 2+ years in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, FP&A, accounting, or financial consulting.
- Strong understanding of financial concepts (corporate finance, investment analysis, asset management, risk management, etc.) within your domain of expertise.
Nice to have
- CFA (Level I/II/III) cleared, or CA/CPA/MBA in Finance
