We list the work. Someone else hires you.

Tier1 collects roles published by independent hiring platforms — the companies that place experts on paid AI projects — and shows them in one place, with the rate and conditions as the platform published them. Using the site costs nothing and you are never charged for anything.

Tier1 does not hire, employ, engage or pay anyone. When you apply you leave this site for the platform that published the role. Everything that follows — the application, the interview, the contract, the rate you are actually offered, the work, the invoice and the payment — is between you and that platform, under their terms and their privacy policy. The platform is named on every role page, next to the apply button.

It follows that we cannot get you hired, chase a payment, resolve a dispute, or restore an account a platform has closed. If something goes wrong after you apply, it is that platform you need.

Those platforms run referral programmes: when someone they hired arrived through our link, they pay us a fee. That fee comes out of their budget, never out of your rate, and you are never charged.

It does not change the order of the board — all the platforms listed pay on the same basis — and it does not give us any say in whether you are hired. The full version of this is on how it works.

Every rate, requirement and restriction shown here is the platform’s own value, re-read from the source several times a day. We do not write job descriptions and we do not edit them.

That also means we cannot vouch for them. A role can be filled, changed or withdrawn between our last read and your click; a published rate is what the platform advertised, not an offer; and where a field is empty the page says so rather than guessing. Around three quarters of listings state no country restriction at the source, which is shown as “location not confirmed” — treat that as a genuine unknown and check before investing an afternoon.

The match score measures the overlap between two published descriptions. It is not a prediction that you will be hired, and nothing on this site is a promise of work or of income.

Give accurate information about yourself — a profile is only useful if it is true, and a platform will check. One account per person. Do not upload a CV that is not yours.

You can delete your account at any time from your profile, which removes it in full. We may close an account that is being used to scrape the site, to abuse the CV reader, or to break these terms.

The listings are gathered work and the pages are ours. You are welcome to read, search, link and share them. Bulk copying the catalogue, automated harvesting, or republishing it as your own is not allowed.

The site is provided as it is. We keep it accurate and available as best we can, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for a decision you take based on a listing — that decision is yours, and the contract is the platform’s.
