We are looking for Arts & Design Expert candidates for a project delivered through Mercor.
What you'll do
- Write a brief from work you have delivered, including the audience, constraints, and standard the result had to meet, plus the reference answer a model's attempt gets graded against.
- Grade model-generated design, writing, and imagery on craft: assess hierarchy, deliberate type and color choices, and whether prose earns its length.
- Flag where a model's output is technically competent but would not ship, given brand, accessibility, licensing, or what the medium actually allows.
What you need
- Professional experience in design, writing, or a creative production discipline.
- Clear written communication, as most of the work involves explaining your reasoning.
- Comfort with ambiguous tasks.
- Willingness to flag unclear instructions.
Nice to have
- Ability to articulate why something works.
