We are looking for Business Operations Expert candidates for a project delivered through Mercor.
What you'll do
- Write an operating problem from work you have run, with the process, the constraint, and the numbers, plus the reference answer a model's attempt gets graded against.
- Grade model-written operational analysis: whether the process change would survive contact with the people who run it, whether the forecast is grounded, whether the metric actually tracks the outcome.
- Flag where a model's recommendation is defensible on a slide and would stall in practice, given headcount, systems, vendor terms, or who has to approve it.
What you need
- Professional experience running or analyzing a business function.
- Clear written communication, since most of the work involves explaining your reasoning.
- Comfort with ambiguous tasks, and willingness to flag unclear instructions.
Nice to have
- Experience in sales and business development; customer success and account management.
- Experience in strategy, process improvement, and operations analysis.
- Experience in supply chain and logistics; procurement.
- Experience in project and people management; human resources and administration.
- Experience in marketing; survey and market research; customer support operations.
