Lifestyle Experts

We are looking for Lifestyle Experts candidates for a project delivered through Turing.

What you'll do

  • Author domain-specific "recipes" that teach an AI assistant inside Google Sheets how to transform plain-text requests into fully functional, interactive applications.
  • Focus on real-world lifestyle scenarios—such as personal fitness tracking, event planning, road trips, or pet care.
  • Own each recipe end-to-end: writing original domain guidance, drafting discovery questions, building reference Google Sheets, and refining the assistant's visual app output.
  • Ensure all content must reflect genuine, lived practice and cannot sound AI-generated.
  • Take full ownership of assigned lifestyle scenarios from initial discovery parameters through final app iteration.
  • Draft original domain rules, gotchas, and discovery parameters in your own words to ground the AI assistant's logic.
  • Formulate the step-by-step interview questions an AI assistant needs to ask users to resolve ambiguity in their initial requests.
  • Build and verify reference Google Sheets that serve as the functional foundation for the scenario's data models and formulas.
  • Test and iterate on the AI-generated visual apps until they reflect real-world user needs, participating in daily check-ins, QC reviews, and final quality sign-offs.

What you need

  • Direct, hands-on experience managing the assigned lifestyle scenario (e.g., maintaining workout logs, organizing weddings, mapping multi-city trips) with deep familiarity with its real-world edge cases and gotchas.
  • Exceptional, plain-English writing skills that sound like an experienced human practitioner. Writing must be 100% human-authored before any AI refinement (AI may only polish syntax, never supply domain insights).
  • Strong ability to construct clean, multi-tab Google Sheets using everyday formulas, clear data organization, and structured validation.
  • Ability to anticipate user intent and design natural interview questions that an AI assistant should ask to uncover missing requirements.
  • Weekend on-call availability (part-time engagement is acceptable).
  • Personal desktop/laptop equipped with a stable, high-speed internet connection in a remote setup.

Nice to have

  • Experience in AI evaluation, data annotation, content review, quality assurance, or a related analytical role.
