What you'll do

  • Document scenario responses and communication flows in a clear and structured format for AI system learning.
  • Evaluate, critique, and suggest improvements to protocols or automated responses generated by AI models.
  • Collaborate with project coordinators to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and operational objectives.
  • Provide concise feedback regarding the effectiveness and clarity of AI-generated communications.

What you need

  • Seasoned fire dispatch professionals to share their practical knowledge of prioritizing and routing emergency requests while applying standardized protocols in high-pressure environments.
  • Expertise in both written and verbal communication will be essential in providing clear, actionable feedback and data for AI development.

Nice to have

  • Significant experience as a fire dispatcher, emergency communications specialist, or equivalent.
  • Exceptional multitasking abilities, including managing simultaneous requests via radio, phone, and digital platforms.
  • Proficiency in applying, following, and interpreting standardized emergency protocols and checklists (APCO/NENA certification).
  • Demonstrated capacity for clear, concise, and professional written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and make rapid, accurate prioritization decisions.
  • Familiarity with the unique challenges and workflows of emergency dispatch environments.
  • Experience contributing to training, evaluation, or improvement of operational procedures is a plus.
