What you'll do
- Receive and triage emergency requests via radio, phone, and chat, applying standardized protocols and checklists for accuracy and efficiency.
- Prioritize concurrent requests, determining the urgency and nature of each situation to allocate resources appropriately in real time.
- Document all inbound communications and dispatch decisions with clarity, ensuring thorough and accurate records.
- Route information and dispatch instructions to relevant responders, consistently following established operational procedures.
- Engage in multi-channel communication, managing multiple inbound and outbound streams simultaneously without compromising attention to detail.
- Contribute domain expertise to help define data quality standards and protocol effectiveness for AI training purposes.
- Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions to further enhance the realism and accuracy of AI communications simulations.
