What you'll do
- Provide comprehensive input and insights on IT strategy development, systems architecture planning, and infrastructure optimization scenarios.
- Evaluate and comment on real-world problems in vendor management and procurement processes, ensuring effective collaboration and system integration.
- Contribute real-world examples and recommendations regarding security compliance, risk mitigation, and regulatory standards.
- Review and critique proposed IT solutions, identifying potential gaps or areas for improvement in architecture and implementation.
- Share best practices in team leadership, knowledge transfer, and upskilling within technical organizations.
- Deliver detailed feedback on documentation, workflows, and process designs to improve clarity, feasibility, and operational efficiency.
- Participate in structured discussions and written assignments to inform the development of smarter AI tools for IT professionals.
What you need
- This opportunity is best suited for experienced IT/Systems Managers who have a strong track record leading technical teams or overseeing complex infrastructure for 5+ years.
- No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
Nice to have
- 5+ years of experience as an IT/Systems Manager, leading technical teams or managing enterprise-scale infrastructure.
