We are looking for Private Equity Associate – Real Estate (US) candidates for a project delivered through Mercor.
What you'll do
- Build a working financial model of an assigned real estate transaction from a synthetic deal document pack
- Deliver an editable Excel workbook with live formulas, source references, and stated assumptions
- Peer-review two anonymized models from other contractors against a fixed set of criteria, with a short written rationale for each and a completed review scorecard
What you need
- Currently or recently an Associate at a real-estate-focused mid-market or upper-mid-market PE fund
- Able to build a financial model from source documents, without a template
