We are looking for Language & Audio Expert candidates for a project delivered through Mercor.
What you'll do
- Writing prompts and reference answers in your language, with the register, idiom, and cultural context a model has to get right for the answer to read as native
- Grading model output in your language: whether a translation preserves meaning and tone, whether the grammar is idiomatic rather than merely correct, whether the register suits the speaker and the setting
- Judging voice, music, and sound work on whether it is clean, natural, and usable, and saying precisely what is wrong when it is not
What you need
- Native or professional fluency in at least one language, or professional experience in translation, voice, music, or audio production
- Clear written communication, since most of the work involves explaining your reasoning
- Comfort with ambiguous tasks, and willingness to flag unclear instructions
